Goto walmart they sell some inexpensive home theatre systems you can get a decent RCA for around a 100 dollars.
This all depends on how much you want to spend honestly.
you can get an affordable 3.1 system ( 2 speakers & a sub) 5.1 system, 7.1 etc.
Do you want in wall speakers for a clean look or the floor standing type? Or do you just want a sound bar that attaches to the TV?
In walls are for a clean look, sound great and reasonable, floor standing are more expensive but will sound the best, and a sound bar takes up the least amount of space under the TV or attached on the sides.
Always remember you get what you pay for but there are many reasnable options out there.
