HDMI is best. HDMI->DVI is second best, but you have to run audio cable too. Anything less is not going to give you the best hd. Since you want to run the audio to the sss, you probably want to connect using toslink(the digital audio) to the sss. I assumed you would have already gotten lots of replies!
