I just bought a Samsung HDTV, and it has been working fine. But, one time it just made a loud static noise when i turned it on, and the picture is all disoriented. So, i turned it off, and turned it on again. The problem was fixed. But, should i be concerned about that?

Yes you should be concerned. Since it is a new set, call the manufacturer or the place you bought and tell them about the problem. They should replace the set.
