Looking to replace the old TV? Unlike regular standard televisions, HDTV sets are much lighter, occupy less space, offers more functionality and provides better image quality. However, the search for a new HDTV can be a daunting, especially for new customers who are familiar with the many HDTV technologies. Therefore, this article examines the different types of HDTVs and their benefits.
HDTV CRT
HDTV CRT-based cathode technology that is old in TVs regular. Some of the advantages of this technology is proven (50 + years), the image quality and low price.
